Shrimp Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 slices bacon
    2/3 c. sliced celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 can undiluted cream of tomato soup
    1 Tbsp. catsup
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. water
    2 c. raw shrimp
    salt to taste
    4 c. hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Cut bacon into 1-inch lengths with scissors, then saute until done. Add celery, onion and pepper.
    Cook until done (vegetables will be soft). Now add soup, catsup, Worcestershire sauce and water. Simmer 10 minutes, then add shrimp and continue simmering 20 minutes.
    Season with salt and serve with rice.
    Yields 4 to 5 servings.
