Lemon Cake Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. water
    juice of 1 lemon
    1/2 c. sugar
    rind of 1 lemon
    1/2 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs, well beaten
    2 tsp. butter
Preparation
    Bring the first 4 ingredients to a boil and then stir in sugar and flour mixed together.
    Take from fire and add eggs and butter. Set back on fire until egg is set.
