Cheddar Vegetable Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion
    1/4 c. oil
    1 lb. mixed frozen vegetables (about 4 c.)
    1/2 tsp. dried marjoram
    salt and pepper
    6 oz. Cheddar cheese (1 1/2 c.), grated
    4 eggs
    1 c. Bisquick
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0. Butter a 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Chop the onion.
    In a large frying pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add onion. Cover and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
    Add frozen vegetables, marjoram, 3/4 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Cook until tender, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes.
