Molly'S Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen (thawed) sliced strawberries
    4 beaten eggs
    1 1/4 c. oil
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Sift together dry ingredients.
    Place sifted ingredients in a large bowl and make a well in center.
    Place strawberries (with juice), eggs, oil and pecans in well; stir until ingredients are moistened.
    Bake in greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Test after 1 hour.
    Cool in pan 30 minutes before turning onto rack.
    Bread freezes well.
    Makes 2 large loaves or 3 small loaves.
