Kurimanju - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lima beans
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Soak beans overnight in water.
    Cook beans slowly until the skin comes off.
    Mash beans until soft (like mashed potatoes) in strainer, placing pan under strainer for the bean pulp and water (run faucet water through strainer to help wash pulp down). Strain beans until only skins are left in strainer.
    Throw away the skins.
