Sweet And Sour Kielbasa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. kielbasa
1 (8 oz.) pineapple chunks
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c. white vinegar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 carrots
1 green pepper
onions
Preparation

Slice kielbasa and brown in butter in frypan.
Place in deep baking pan.
Saute sliced peppers, onions and carrots and add to kielbasa.
Drain pineapple juice into frypan; add pineapple to Worcestershire into pineapple juice and heat until it forms a clear liquid.
Pour liquid over meat and vegetable mixture and stir together.
Bake for at least an hour at 350\u00b0.
