Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) bag frozen hash browns, cubed or shredded
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    3/4 c. shredded mild Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. crushed potato chips (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a casserole.
    Top with crushed potato chips.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour (a little less time if shredded potatoes are used).
    Serves approximately 6 to 8.
