Meatballs And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 eggs
    1/2 onion chopped
    3 tsp. parsley, minced
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. red pepper
    3 1/2 c. tomatoes and juice, cooked
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly beef, eggs, onions, parsley, 1 teaspoon salt and pepper.
    Make 15 small meatballs.
    Combine juice and tomatoes, 1/2 teaspoon salt and water in large skillet.
    Bring mixture to a boil. Add meatballs.
    Cover and simmer 30 to 40 minutes.
    Remove meatballs from liquid and thicken liquid for gravy.
    Mix 1 tablespoon flour to 3/4 cup water and pour into tomato mixture. Add meatballs and simmer 10 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
