Tempura (Shrimp Batter) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    15 Tbsp. cold water
    3/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    oil
Preparation
    Beat eggs and water until frothy.
    Beat in the flour and salt. Set batter in a bowl of ice to keep cold while frying the shrimp. Always dry the shrimp before putting in the batter.
    Fry in oil.
