Garden Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 pkg. cheeseburger Hamburger Helper
5 c. water
1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
16 oz. whole tomatoes
1 (16 oz.) mixed vegetables
2 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation

Fry and drain hamburger and onions; stir in sauce mix, water, basil, salt and pepper, tomatoes (with liquid) break up the tomatoes.
Heat until boiling; reduce heat and cover and simmer 10 minutes.
Stir in macaroni and mixed vegetables (with liquid), cover and cook until macaroni is tender.
Stir in parsley.
Makes about 10 cups.
