Seafood Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. cooked white wine
    1/4 c. oil
    2 sticks celery
    1 onion
    1 bell pepper
    1 lb. peeled and deveined shrimp
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can lump crabmeat
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 small can mushrooms, drained
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 c. margarine
Preparation
    Saute the celery, onion, bell pepper and shrimp in the oil. Add the rice, soup, crabmeat, Tabasco sauce, cayenne pepper and mushrooms.
    In a separate pan, melt the cream cheese and margarine.
    Mix everything together.
    Put in a casserole dish. Grate sharp cheese over top to cover. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
