Seafood Newberg(Makes 20 Servings.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. margarine
    3/4 c. flour
    4 c. milk
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. white pepper
    2 tsp. parsley or chives, chopped
    3 lb. shrimp, cooked
    2 scallops, cooked
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Melt margarine and flour together to make a paste. Cook 3 minutes; slowly add milk, stirring to eliminate lumps. Cook until thickened. Add remaining ingredients and cook until thoroughly heated. Serve hot with rice or patty shells.
