Fresh Tomato Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. peeled chopped tomatoes
    1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped or 1 (4 1/2 oz.) can chopped green chiles, drained
    1 c. thinly sliced green onions
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, stirring well.
    Cover and chill at least 3 hours.
    Makes about 2 cups.
