Crabmeat Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 green pepper, minced
    1/2 onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    2 c. crabmeat
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
    buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Melt butter; add pepper and onion.
    Cook for 5 minutes.
    Add flour and milk, then crabmeat and salt.
    Cook for 10 minutes. Pour in shallow buttered baking dish or use crab shells.
    Sprinkle with shredded cheese and buttered bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese is brown.
