Taco Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. Old El Paso taco seasoning
1 lb. ground chuck
1 medium onion, chopped
1 large bag Doritos
2 c. Colby/Monterey Jack cheese, mixed
Preparation

Brown ground chuck and onions, then drain.
Prepare taco seasoned meat as directed.
Crush half the bag of Doritos and place in bottom of casserole dish.
Spoon half of taco meat mixture over chips, then sprinkle with half the cheese.
Repeat with layers of crushed chips, meat and end with cheese.
Cover and bake approximately 20 to 30 minutes in 300\u00b0 oven.
