Ingredients

1 1/2 c. pecan halves
1 c. whole almonds
1 c. walnut halves
1 c. hazelnuts
1 egg white
1 1/2 Tbsp. water
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. coriander
1 tsp. ginger
3/4 tsp. allspice
Preparation

Combine nuts in bowl and set aside.
Combine egg white and water in medium size mixing bowl; beat at high speed with electric mixer until frothy.
Stir in sugar, salt and spices.
Pour egg white mixture over nuts; toss until nuts are coated.
Spread nut mixture onto a buttered 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan.
Bake at 275\u00b0 for 55 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
Let cool completely.
Store in airtight containers.
Yields 6 cups.
