Banana Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. mashed bananas
    4 Tbsp. sour milk
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. ground pecans or walnuts
Preparation
    Cream sugar and shortening; add unbeaten eggs one at a time. Add mashed bananas and milk.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Bake 25 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
    I use 2 (9-inch) cake pans.
