Carne Asada - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1-1/2 lb. beef, sliced very thin
    1-1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/4 medium onion, sliced
    2 Tbsp. lime juice
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. chili powder
    Diced tomatoes for serving
    Jalapeno peppers for serving
    Guacamole for serving
    Salsa for serving
Preparation
    Mix ingredients except the oil in a bowl and let marinate for at least an hour or overnight if possible.
    Coat skillet in oil well and heat on medium high.
    Add the marinated beef and any marinade to the oil and cook quickly to desired doneness.
    Garnish and serve with salsa, guacamole.

    2 servings.
