Chocolate Raspberry Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1-1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. (1 stick) margarine
    1 egg
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. raspberry preserves (or other fruit)
    1 c. Hershey's semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400.
    Grease 9 x 13 pan.
    Stir together flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
    Cut in the butter with a pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
    Add egg, milk, and vanilla.
    Beat on medium speed of electric mixer until well blended.
