Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium apples, sliced thinly
1/2 c. orange juice
1 stick margarine
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. tapioca, flour or cornstarch
Preparation

Mix sugar, salt and tapioca.
Melt margarine and add orange juice and sugar mixture.
Place thinly sliced apples in pastry recipe of your choice.
Pour mixture over apples.
Cover with pastry strips.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 or 40 minutes.
