"Mom'S" Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. dark corn syrup
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. pecans, broken
    3/4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix in a 1 1/2-quart pan the flour, sugar and salt.
    Add corn syrup and mix well.
    Beat in eggs, one at a time, with a fork. Mix in milk and vanilla and cook on stove top until boiling.
    Pour into unbaked pie crust.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until firm, about 50 minutes.
