Hot Dogs And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1/4 c. onions, diced
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2/3 c. water
    10 to 12 hot dogs
    5 potatoes, sliced
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Saute onions in cooking oil until transparent.
    Combine salt, pepper, flour, dry mustard and water.
    Add this mixture to the onions.
    Mix well and bring to a boil.
    In a slightly greased casserole dish, layer potatoes and hot dogs that are sliced lengthwise and placed face down.
    Pour sauce over all and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, covered.
    Remove from oven and pour vinegar over all.
    Recover and bake 5 minutes more.
