Lemon-Pineapple Angel Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 angel food cake (lemon is best)
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 can crushed pineapple and juice
1 pkg. lemon instant pudding
Preparation

Slice cake into thirds crosswise.
Mix instant pudding and pineapple with juice together.
Fold this mixture into Cool Whip. Cover between layers and ice cake with this mixture.
Refrigerate and serve cold.
