Twice Baked Stuffed Potato - cooking recipe

4 large Idaho baking potatoes
1 c. frozen broccoli
1 c. frozen spinach
1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. onions, finely chopped
1/2 c. Dannon fat-free yogurt
1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. Colby-Jack cheese
1/2 c. your choice diced meat
Preparation

Bake potatoes at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour after scrubbing and sticking with a fork.
Or wrap in paper towel and stick in microwave for 10 to 12 minutes.
Carefully slit top of potatoes in an oblong oval and scoop out as much as possible.
Place in mixing bowl.
