Yam Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (26 oz.) can yams, drained
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. grated lemon rind
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/4 c. light corn syrup
    1/2 c. flaked coconut
Preparation
    Beat yams until fluffy. Add next 4 ingredients.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Chill, if necessary, until firm enough to roll into balls.
    Roll each ball in coconut. Bake in greased baking dish at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
