German Reuben Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium potatoes, cooked
    1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
    1/2 lb. smoked sausage and kielbasa, thinly sliced (I use turkey)
    1/2 c. Thousand Island dressing
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    3 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/2 green pepper, cut into strips
Preparation
    Pare and cube potatoes; set aside.
    Combine sauerkraut, potatoes, sausage, dressing and parsley.
    Spoon into 10 x 6 x 2-inch ovenproof glass baking dish, which has been greased or sprayed with non-stick spray.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Sprinkle cheese and green pepper on top and bake 5 minutes more.
