Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 pkg. French onion soup and recipe mix
    1 1/2 tsp. minced fresh ginger or 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    3 Tbsp. Mazola corn oil
    2 medium red or green peppers, thinly sliced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 lb. flank steak, cut in strips
    cooked rice
Preparation
    In a small bowl stir water, soy sauce, soup mix and ginger until blended.
    In a large skillet heat 2 tablespoons corn oil over medium-high heat.
    Add peppers and garlic; stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes or until tender-crisp.
    Remove.
    Heat remaining corn oil in skillet.
    Add beef, half at a time; stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes. Remove as browned.
    Return beef and peppers to skillet.
    Stir in soup mixture.
    Stirring constantly, bring to a boil and boil 1 minute.
    Serve over rice.
    Serves 4.
