Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz. cream cheese (low-fat okay)
1 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. milk
8 oz. Cool Whip (lite is okay)
1 graham cracker pie shell
Preparation

Cream together cream cheese and confectioners sugar.
Add peanut butter and milk, mix until smooth.
Fold in Cool Whip. Pour into pie shell.
Freeze until firm.
Thaw about 15 minutes prior to serving.
