Orange Chiffon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. gelatin
1/3 c. orange juice
4 egg yolks, beaten
1 c. granulated sugar, divided
Preparation

Dissolve the gelatin in the orange juice.
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar in a double boiler.
When thick, add the gelatin and orange juice.
Add the beaten whites with 1/2 cup sugar.
Fill baked crusts; cover with whipped cream.
Makes 2 pies.
