Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger meat
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. bell pepper, chopped
2 c. cooked rice
2 c. cooked diced potatoes
1 small can English peas
1 c. grated carrots
2 c. chopped cabbage
Preparation

In a large skillet, brown ground beef and drain, then return to skillet.
Add onion and continue cooking slow.
Add celery and bell pepper.
Add cooked rice and cooked diced potatoes.
Add English peas, carrots and chopped cabbage.
Continue cooking slow until cabbage and carrots are just tender.
If too dry, add small amount of water or stock from cooked potatoes.
Salt and pepper to taste.
