Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 stick margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. buttermilk
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 can coconut
Preparation
    Melt
    margarine
    in saucepan;
    add
    sugar,
    buttermilk, eggs and vanilla.
    Beat by hand until this
    mixture looks well blended. Then add coconut; pour mixture in pie shell and bake 10 minutes at 450\u00b0, then bake on 325\u00b0 until done.
