Chicken Crunch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large fryer, cooked and deboned
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 stacks Ritz crackers
    1 stick butter or margarine
Preparation
    Cut chicken in bite-size pieces.
    Mix soup and sour cream; stir into chicken.
    Pour into an 8 x 12-inch casserole dish. Crush crackers and mix well with butter.
    Spread cracker mixture on top of chicken mixture.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 until top is crunchy.
