Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. Catalina or sweet and spicy dressing
    1 pkg. taco mix (not taco salad mix)
    1 lb. ground beef, drained
    1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
    2 c. grated cheese
    1/2 pkg. nacho chips, crunched
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium tomato, chopped
    1/2 head lettuce, chopped
Preparation
    Brown beef; drain.
    Add kidney beans.
    Cover and simmer until beans are cooked.
    Add taco seasoning to dressing and shake well. In large bowl, combine lettuce, cheese and chips.
    Mix.
    Add in meat and bean mixture and stir again.
    Cover with taco/dressing mix and mix well.
