Biscuit-Sausage Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/3 c. shortening, cut in 1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except sausage.
    Roll out in rectangle shape.
    Add more flour, if needed.
    Spread sausage on and roll up. Cut in half.
    Wrap and put in freezer.
    When firm, slice.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
