Chicken And Wine Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 whole chicken breasts, halved and boned
1 beaten egg
plain bread crumbs
oil or margarine
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 c. chicken broth
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
grated Parmesan cheese
8 oz. grated Mozzarella
pepper
2/3 c. white wine
Preparation

Dip chicken in egg, roll in bread crumbs, fry until brown on each side and arrange in shallow baking pan.
Saute mushrooms; add pepper, broth and wine.
Thicken with cornstarch (dissolve cornstarch in a little water before adding the mixture.)
Don't add salt.
Sprinkle 3/4 cup of Parmesan cheese over chicken; cover with 3/4 of the Mozzarella.
Pour sauce over chicken.
Sprinkle rest of 2 cheeses on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Serve with wild or white rice.
