No Peek Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew beef, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (4 oz.) can whole mushrooms
    1/2 c. red wine
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in crock-pot.
    Stir together well. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 12 hours or on high 5 to 6 hours. Serve over cooked noodles or rice.
