Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 lb. hamburger
1 can whole tomatoes
1 diced onion
1 c. shredded carrot
1 can tomato sauce
spices (oregano, hot peppers, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper)
lasagne noodles
cottage, Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses
Preparation

Fry hamburger and pour off grease.
Add tomatoes, onion, carrot and tomato sauce; add spices to taste.
Let simmer slowly for several hours.
Cook noodles and drain.
In pan, layer noodles, hamburger mixture, cottage cheese, Mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.
Repeat, ending with cheese on top.
Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes, until bubbly.
Can be frozen.
