Deb'S Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. turkey bacon, cooked according to directions
1 medium onion, chopped (3/4 c.)
2 medium tomatoes, chopped (2 c.)
1/2 lb. mushrooms, chopped
2 c. Egg Beaters
16 oz. nonfat sour cream
10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and water squeezed out
10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed and water squeezed out
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
8 oz. shredded reduced-calorie cheese
2 deep dish pie crusts
Preparation

Saute onion, mushrooms and tomato until soft; drain and set aside to cool.
Combine Egg Beaters, sour cream, nutmeg and cayenne with whisk.
Stir in cheese, onion mixture, broccoli, spinach and turkey bacon.
Divide into the deep dish pie crust. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
