Asparagus Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans asparagus
    6 hard-boiled eggs
    1 lb. grated. American cheese
    2 c. milk or part milk and part liquid from asparagus
    4 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Stir in flour, salt and pepper to make a smooth paste.
    Add liquid to flour paste and cook slowly, stirring constantly.
    Stir in grated cheese until melted.
