Good And Easy Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
1 c. (stick oleo) shortening
1 2/3 c. sugar
6 eggs
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. milk
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together.
Cream shortening and sugar. Add flavorings.
Beat in 1 egg at a time, beating well after each. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk.
Mix well.
Pour into greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan.
Bake at 300\u00b0 about 45 minutes.
