Steak Royale - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 cube steaks
    1 large onion, sliced thin
    1 can tomatoes, crushed
    1/3 can water
    1 Tbsp. dried garlic chips
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Flour steaks and brown on both sides.
    Put in covered casserole.
    Cover with onion, tomatoes, water and garlic chips. Bake in slow oven at 250\u00b0 to 275\u00b0 for 2 hours.
