Spinach-Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice (uncooked)
    1/2 c. Italian dressing
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    2 c. fresh spinach
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    1/2 c. chopped green onion
    6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preparation
    Cook rice according to directions; rinse and drain.
    Set aside.
    Combine salad dressing, soy sauce and sugar in a large bowl.
    Stir in rice.
    Cover and chill 2 hours.
    Stir torn spinach and remaining ingredients into rice mixture.
    Serve immediately. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
