Onion Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 envelopes Lipton onion soup mix
2 lb. potatoes
1/3 c. olive oil

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0. In large plastic bag, add potatoes, cut into large chunks, soup mix and oil. Shake until coated evenly. Empty into shallow baking dish. Bake, stirring occasionally, 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
