Cream Puff Ring - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
1 c. water
1 c. flour
4 eggs
sliced almonds (optional)
1 small pkg. instant pudding (vanilla or chocolate)
1 c. milk
1 pt. heavy cream
Preparation

Put water and butter in pan and bring to a boil.
Add flour and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
Put dough in bowl.
Add eggs, one at a time, and beat after each egg.
Make a circle of Crisco on a cookie sheet or round pizza pan.
Spread the dough on the circle (a cookie shooter can be used, if desired).
Put sliced almonds on the dough.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes (do not open the oven during baking).
Remove tray and cool.
