Sausage Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Italian sweet sausage
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    4 slices bread, crumbled
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley or 1 Tbsp. dry
    20 jumbo shells, parboiled
    2 (15 1/2 oz. each) jars spaghetti sauce
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Prick sausage with fork and parboil in small amount of water for 5 minutes.
    Chop sausage.
    Fry with onion until brown and crumbly.
    Stir often. Drain fat.
