Clam Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 cans clams, minced, save juice
3 sleeves Ritz crackers, crushed
3/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 stick margarine
1 large onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
milk
Preparation

Strain clams and save the juice.
Saute onion and parsley in margarine until slightly softened.
In large casserole combine strained clams, bread crumbs, onion mixture and Ritz crackers.
In measuring cup put saved clam juice and add milk until you have 2 1/4 cups of liquid.
Pour this mixture into casserole with other ingredients.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes, uncovered.
