Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. squash
1/2 to 3/4 grated sharp cheese
2 eggs
salt and pepper to taste
3 small onions
1/2 stick margarine
1 pkg. Ritz crackers
Preparation

Cook the squash and onions together in a little water until tender and mash up good. Beat eggs and add with grated cheese. Crumble crackers good and add soup, salt and pepper. Mix all together and sprinkle top with
a few of the crumbled Ritz crackers. Bake at 425\u00b0 until brown on top.
