Aunt Fanny'S Baked Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. yellow summer squash
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 eggs
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 stick oleo
    1/2 c. or more crushed Ritz or Town House crackers
Preparation
    Wash and cut up squash; boil until tender.
    Drain thoroughly. Then add onions, eggs, salt, pepper, oleo and sugar and mash well. Pour mixture in a baking dish; sprinkle with crumbs.
    Dot with butter or oleo.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour or until brown on top.
