Mexican Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 can fat-free refried beans
    2 tsp. dried oregano
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    3/4 tsp. garlic powder
    9 uncooked lasagna noodles
    1 (16 oz.) jar salsa
    2 c. water
    2 c. (16 oz.) fat-free sour cream
    1 (2 1/4 oz.) can sliced ripe olives, drained
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded reduced fat Mexican blend cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain.
    Add the refried beans, oregano, cumin and garlic powder; heat through.
    Place 3 noodles in a 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish coated with Pam.
    Cover with 1/2 of meat mixture. Repeat layers; top with remaining noodles.
    Combine salsa and water; pour over noodles.
    Cover; bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes.
    Spread with sour cream; sprinkle with olives and cheese.
