Nothing But Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. crabmeat
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 egg yolk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except bread crumbs and oil.
    Mix well. Shape into 8 patties.
    Coat with crumbs.
    Chill in refrigerator for an hour.
    Pan-fry in medium heat oil in skillet until brown on both sides.
    Yield:
    4 servings.
